New poll has John Murtha down 48-35 to his opponent GOP newcomer William Russell. Mr. Russell has enjoyed mainly online support from places like Free Republic. This is one of the first polls from PA-12 that show Murtha down.No matter how invincible you think you are, no matter how the political winds are blowing. You can't make an ass of yourself by calling your constituents "racists" and "rednecks" and expect to win elections.
